Carpet Cleaning in Toms River - How Hot Water Extraction Works

Hot Water Extraction (HWE), is one of the best carpet cleaning methods. It involves a combination of hot water and a special cleaning agent that is injected deep into the carpet fiber at high pressure and then all "lifts" the soil removed by a strong vacuum.

"Steam cleaning"

Although commonly called "steam cleaning", no steam is actually involved in the HWE cleaning process, apart from steam that may come out accidentally from hot water. When the cleaning solution comes into contact with the carpet/carpet, it is between 50-120 degrees Celsius, corresponding to the heat available from the cleaning unit. For example, in a carpet cleaning machine mounted on a truck, water can be heated under pressure up to 150 degrees Celsius, but after passing a high-pressure high-pressure hose and some manifolds, the water loses most of its heat.

This cleaning method involves cleaning or pre-spraying of cleaners applied to a gross surface with a typical alkalinity 7 or above on a pH scale, followed by mild agitation with a grooming brush or stack or for very dirty areas. Contra Rotating Brush Unit (CRB) after a suitable residence time. Furthermore, the surface is passed several times with a cleaning stick or a swivel extractor to thoroughly rinse the precondition, using acidic solutions, lowering carpet fiber pH back to their natural state. The next stage is the drying of the carpet using an air drive or carpet dryer, to speed up the drying process that will occur due to air movement in the carpet. The final stage is to rearrange the pile of carpets to remove the unsightly stick line, commonly referred to as the "shark tooth" pattern that is formed, with a carpet or brush.

Professional machines range from portable machines, which use electricity to heat water and turn on water pumps and vacuum motors, to machines installed in larger trucks. Truck mounts are usually stationary gas/diesel engines or PTO-powered engines mounted in vans or trucks. This portable machine is able to access difficult to reach the building and the high floor, while the advantage of the truck is its power to heat water and power from the vacuum and the cleaning and drying time is faster. DIY machines and rentals use some technology from professional systems, but with less power and usually no elements to heat water (filling units with recommended hot water) the results are limited; these units are not usually called HWE systems.
