Clean House is a home makeover and interior design television show, originally aired in 2003 that aired 10 seasons of programs on Style Network. Currently hosted by Tempestt Bledsoe and previously hosted by Niecy Nash, the show brought four crew-and-renovation crews to the family homes to clean up the mess.
In 2010, Nash announces that he will leave the series, although it will continue without him. Her final episode aired on December 1, 2010. In that month, the Style Network confirmed that former cast member Cosby Show Tempestt Bledsoe would take over as host. The first episode aired on January 26, 2011. In 2013, the show is believed to have been canceled due to low ratings after Nash's departure.

Each episode begins with a short montage that introduces the subject of a makeover. The host guides family members through the process of releasing things with the help of "Go-to-Guy," Matt Iseman, "Yard Sale King," Joel Steingold and designer Didi Snyder. The previous season featured "Designer with all the magic" Mark Brunetz, "Yard Sale Guy" Allan Lee Haff, "Yard Sale Diva" comedy actress Trish Suhr, "Organizer" Linda Koopersmith, and "Designer" Michael Moloney.
The Clean House team will negotiate and make deals with family members to convince them to sell things. Excess merchandise is sold on the sales page to raise money for a makeover. The show's production budget matches up to $ 1000 from the sale of the yard to be used on the makeover, and supplies all the paint, workforce, and in the later seasons, organizing costs.
Commercial pauses are often trailed with segments featuring quick interior design tips directed at the audience typically presented by Brunetz and Nash, as well as organizational tips presented by Suhr.

Organizer Linda Koopersmith filed a lawsuit at the Los Angeles Superior Court in July 2007 , stating the wrong termination, breach of contract and secondly deliberate and negligent. Debi Gutierrez filled in for Niecy Nash in four episodes in 2007, "The Blount Family", "The Cohen Family", "The Bunce Family, and" The Freitz Family ", while Nash was away filming Reno 911! The style network states that they do not replace Nash with Gutierrez Some people say Gutierrez was not chosen because he was "bullying" in an episode he hosted. He tried to convince a woman to take off his shoes, saying, "Then do it without nagging" took off her shoes, and ran out crying to her husband saying that Debi was oppressing her.
In April 2015, several former cast members, including Niecy Nash, Mark Brunetz, Trish Suhr, and Matt Iseman, met for reunions and interviews on The Hallmark Channel, discussing former home remodel, their time on show, and past Home page sales clean.

Spin-off
The show has produced a spin-off series, Clean House Comes Clean , featuring behind/pasted footage of previous episodes of the Clean House series. The series features comments from Brunetz, Haff, Koopersmith, Suhr, and Iseman. Every year, the crew also searches the country for the most messy homes, which produce the Clean House: The Strangest House in the Country , and the excess goes to the charity. They use show money to decorate the house.
